Dashboard Guide
Welcome to the Aetheria Web Control Panel manual. Learn how to navigate and manage your server settings using our real-time, glassmorphic web dashboard.
Login & Guild Selection
To access the dashboard, click Login with Discord on the home page. You will be redirected to Discord's official OAuth2 portal to securely authorize Aetheria to read your guild list. Once authorized, you will see a list of guilds you own or manage. Click on any active guild to open its specific control panel.
Guild Overview & Telemetry
The main Overview tab displays live metrics and telemetry data for your server:
- Total Members: Current counts of registered members in your server.
- Moderation Counts: Total warning records issued to users.
- Server Activity Chart: Real-time message activity telemetry charts.
- Active Tickets: Interactive list of currently open support panels.
Welcome & Goodbye Modules
Greet new users or wave goodbye to departing members automatically. When enabling these modules, select a text channel destination and define a customized message template.
{user} - Mentions the user in text format.{username} - Displays the user's raw account name.{server} - Resolves to your Discord server name.{memberCount} - Displays the total member count.Core Module Settings
Under the Settings console tab, you can modify global configurations:
- Command Prefix: Set the command character prefix trigger for text commands (default:
!). - Bot Nickname: Customize the server-specific nickname that the bot will display.
