We collect minimal information required to run the Aetheria Discord bot and dashboard services. This includes:

• Discord Account Data: Your user ID, username, avatar, and active server list retrieved via Discord OAuth2 authentication.
• Guild Settings & Configuration: Custom configurations like prefix, welcome messages, logging channel IDs, and custom command triggers.
• Leveling & Economy Logs: Virtual experience points (XP), coin balances, warning logs, and ticket interaction transcripts.

2. How We Use Information

The collected data is strictly utilized to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot the services. We use this information to:

• Render your server administration dashboard properly.
• Run moderation filters (Auto-Mod) and server logs.
• Store backup templates and restore server structures when triggered.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your server settings and user stats are securely stored in our private SQLite database structure. Backups and ticket transcripts are encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. We do not share, sell, or rent database records to third-party organizations.

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Guild owners can request complete deletion of their server settings and backups from the database at any time. To request complete removal of all stored telemetry associated with your Discord user account or guild, please contact our support team.
