1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Aetheria Discord bot to your server or utilizing our Next.js dashboard panel, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the bot from your guild and cease access to the dashboard.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You represent and warrant that you possess administration privileges in the guild you configure. You agree not to abuse the bot's features, including but not limited to:

• Using custom embeds or announcements to transmit spam, malware, or coordinate server raids.
• Exploiting backup restore mechanisms to damage server structures or bypass Discord developer guidelines.
• Abusing server economy loops, coin balances, or ticket consoles.

3. Limitation of Liability

Aetheria is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Aetheria or its creators be held liable for server channel deletion, roles corruption, or moderation action errors resulting from client instructions or automatic tasks (including restoring old server backups).

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the bot or dashboard following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
